How do I buy tickets?

Is there a charge for booking on line?

No, the booking charges are absorbed in the ticket price.

Can I have my tickets posted to me?

Yes, Ticketsource will do this for you and there will be an additional postage charge. This additional charge will ensure the tickets are posted to your address.

Can I buy the book at the event?

 Yes books will be available to buy at each event, sold by Sevenoaks Bookshop.  

Can I have my book signed at the event?

We usually like to arrange this and authors are generally keen to do so. However, some authors with a busy schedule may like leave straight away after the event so we cannot guarantee there will be a book signing after each event.  

I have given the incorrect email when booking my ticket. What do I do?

 Contact us with the correct email at info@sevlitfest.com and we will have a record of your purchase.

I have lost my ticket. What do I do?

Contact us at info@sevlitfest.com and we will have a record of your purchase.

Can I have a refund for my ticket as I cannot now attend the event?

Unfortunately we have a policy of no refunds.

How do I receive confirmation of my ticket purchase?

You will receive confirmation by email form Ticketsource.co.uk/sevenoaks
