We want our festival volunteers, speakers and attendees to enjoy their time with us. To that end we have a set of policies which you can read by clicking the links below.
Our key terms and conditions are:
- Children under 16 and vulnerable adults must be accompanied at all times by a parent, guardian, teacher or responsible adult.
- We will be taking photos and videos at the events. These are used for marketing purposes via in-print and online sources (including social media). If you do not wish to be in these please inform the ticket desk at the event, and do what you can to avoid being in-shot. (No unauthorised photography or video recordings are allowed).
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- We are an equal opportunities festival. Attendees are asked to abide by our code of conduct to create a safe and welcoming environment for all.
- We will do all we can to make our events accessible to all, by whatever means are within our power. We are of course restrained by the facilities available at the venues we use. Whenever possible we book venues with accessibility in mind.
