This year’s festival
This year's landmark festival - our 20th - will take place between Friday 24th September and Friday 8th October.
And, after last year's 'virtual' festival, we're delighted to say that this year's event will again feature authors appearing live in various venues throughout Sevenoaks.
We will also hold a small number of digital-only events, building upon the experience and success of 2020.
The Festival Committee is currently confirming the line-up for 2021, with the usual mix of authors, subjects and topics.
Among the venues for the first time will be the new Bat and Ball Community Centre, opened by Sevenoaks Town Council this year.
Sevenoaks Literary Festival Chair Gill Webster said: "We are absiolutely delighted to be able to add this wonderful new facility to the venues we use.
"The festival has continually evolved over its two-decade history and this is the last development as we continue to move forward."
The first authors appearing at the Festival will be announced later this month, with tickets going on sale in June.
In the meantime, please do join our mailing list to receive regular news of authors and events as they are confirmed.
