Zoom: live and catch-up

All of our online events are hosted on Zoom, a leading video conference and virtual meeting platform.

You will need to install Zoom, if you do not already use it, to access any of the sessions. Futher details about downloading are at the bottom of this page.

You will need to register to attend each session in advance, with bookings closing for each event 24 hours before it is staged.

Please make sure to set your full name before joining the meeting so we can correctly register your attendance.

If you have registered, you will be sent a calendar invitation with a direct link to the meeting on the day of the event.

When the time comes, just follow the link and join the meeting.

Recordings and on-demand downloads

All of our events will be recorded and will be available to watch again or to play on demand.

Each will be available to watch via our website for two weeks from Tuesday 6th October.

A link will also be sent to those registered for each session after the festival.

So if you are unable to attend any webinar live, please do still register to receive an update as to when you can watch on demand.

Installing the free Zoom software

Make sure you’ve got Zoom installed prior to the event. You can download the software from https://zoom.us/download.

You don’t need to create an account to participate, but you can do so if you wish.
